GENERAL PRACTICE SERVICES

All Medical - Wantirna South has General Practice services that are provided by individual doctors who are dedicated to providing you with the highest quality, cost effective medical care. We accept all major credit cards, cash and eftpos payment facilities.

BULK BILLING IS STILL AVAILABLE.

 

Billings: 
Doctors at their discretion can Bulk Bill Medicare for Medicare attributable consultations for single issue standard appointments booked between the hours of 10:00 am - 2:50 pm, Mon - Fri. 

For appointments booked outside of these hours or with more than 1 issue to be dealt with we adhere to reduced AMA prescribed rates as below:

​Standard Consultation fee - $ 86 

Long Consultation  fee - $ 140

Health care card holders and children under 16 for single issue standard consultations will be eligible for a $20 discount on consultation fees outside of Bulk Billing Hours. This billing policy relating to HCC holders and children under 16.

Workcover, TAC and Insurance consultations are billed at the prescribed AMA rates.

Veteran Affairs attributable consultations are also Bulk Billed during Bulk Billing Hours.

Cash or Eftpos and major credit cards - Mastercard & Visa are accepted ( Please note surcharge applies).

Through our Healthlink service instant eligible Medicare rebates are payable to your linked savings account.

All Billing is expected to be finalized at the time of the consultation to avoid unnecessary additional costs.

There is a $ 60 Non cancellation fee for booked appointments not adhered to or not cancelled at least 24 hours before the the booked consultation.

There are Private fees billed by Practitioners for the following services

Day Care, School Medicals, Medical File transfers

Government Forms including Centrelink Forms, Care plans, NDIS Forms and all Medicare eligible  plans.

Pre-Employment, Employment Medicals

Office Procedures

Life Insurance.

Workcover reports.

Family Medical Leave

Home Visits for existing patients known to their doctor.
